Return Policy

Due to Covid-19 and other health concerns going on in the world today, we are not accepting returns. 

Damaged Goods - If, for some reason, your item(s) arrive damaged, please document the best you can how the shipping process was executed. This involves taking photos/video of how your package arrived. Email us the photos/videos. After a careful investigation carried out by our team, a refund or not will be determined or we will expedite ship you the order again. If the damages were caused by the purchaser (you), please understand that we are not at fault and will not take any action. If we are able to find that the shipping carrier is at fault, we will have to contact the shipping carrier and go through their channel of investigation. You will be updated with the result and final decision as soon as we get it and then we will either refund you, expedite ship another order, or take no action depending on the results of the investigation. 

Wrong Size - We do our best to fulfill orders correctly and ship as fast as possible. We are professional, but at the end of the day... we are only human like the rest of us. If the incorrect size arrives and we verify that we made the mistake on our end, we will expedite ship the correct size to you. You will have to provide photos showing proof of the incorrect size in order to receive the correct one expedited. 

Missing Item(s) - We ship our products priority mail with USPS (95% of the time). We will provide you with a tracking number with every completed/paid order when shipping is necessary. The majority of our orders require a signature upon delivery. If your item never arrives and the tracking information doesn't show the item was delivered, then we encourage you to get with your local usps dept. and open an investigation with them by filing a complaint with them. We will help you as much as we can during this very frustrating process. Don't feel alone! We've been here before and we will ride with you til you get yo items mang!
